We undertake to disclose all details of an item/s in the description.
The customer undertakes to inform Attitude Design within 48 hours on receipt of the goods.
The customer must return a damaged item within 21 days of the invoice date.
We will replace the item/s, depending on availability of stock, offer an exchange, or refund the customer on request within 21 days on the following conditions:
• the incorrect product/s was sent.
• the product/s was damaged by the courier.
• the product/s was short packed by Attitude Design.
Products will not be refunded if the customer ordered the incorrect product or quantities.
Please note, the returned, damaged item must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
We will cover the return and replacement shipping costs by applying the selected shipping method made by the customer on the original order checkout.
In order to facilitate a fair and speedy process, we request that the customer supply us with at least 3 images of the damaged item/s. Please send the images to us via WhatsApp or email.
Once the procedure has been finalized, a credit note, if applicable, will be emailed to the customer.
